'A Frolic Through the Forest' card - A Sneaky Peek.

Hi there Friends, Followers and Visitors,

Happy Saturday  to you all  and it is a beautiful day here today, lovely to see the blue skies and sunshine, after all the dark, dull, dreary few days we have just had.    Hope you are all enjoying your weekend so far, whatever you are doing and wherever you are.     I thought I would share a  'sneaky peek' at one of my cards with you,  which has been made for Imagination Craft's shows on the Hochanda T.V. Channel, this coming Monday.  As  many of you know, I just love my deer, fairies and Art Deco  designs lol!   today's card features a deer.   We are lucky enough to have the real thing in our own garden,  which are lovely to see, although they can be a little destructive but boy is it worth it lol!   the slightest movement by us and they're off!   well let's get back to my step by step for this card.

Matt a square of purple card onto the 7"x7" white base card, leaving some white card showing.   Take the blue snow background card and lay the holly scroll border stencil onto it and stipple the green Starlight paint through the design.   Remove the stencil and wash it.

Lay the stencil back onto the card but 'off-setting' it slightly and spread the Sparkle Gel over the design, using the metal spatula.   Remove the stencil and leave the image to dry.

Wrap a piece of purple organza  ribbon across the centre of the background card, securing to the back of the card.   Matt this card onto the purple card.

Die-cut the tree from white card, using the Memory Box die and glue to a piece of purple card.   Trim around the tree and fix to the right-hand side of the base card, using sticky foam pads,   Cut or punch out a small star shape from the holographic card and glue to the top of the tree.

Punch out eleven small circle shapes from the holographic card and glue them to the tree.

Die-cut the deer from some holographic card and fix to the centre of the base card, using sticky foam
pads to add a little dimension to the card.

Glue a ribbon bow to the centre left of the card.   There we have it, the card is finished.   My first Christmas card  this year lol!   Hope you like it.   Just want to say 'Thank You' for visiting my blog and if you have kindly left me a comment....'Thank You' once again.   Enjoy the rest of your weekend and I will be back with another 'sneaky peek' tomorrow, so please do pop back.

                                                                   Love and rainbows,

                                                                   Hugs   Jennifer xx.
