Summer Breeze.

Good evening Peeps,

What a wet, dismal weekend it has been.   A good weekend for me to spend some time in my craft room,   making samples for Sue and Harvey of Imagination Crafts,  for their  t.v. show on Hochanda next weekend.   I still have more samples to make, so must get a wriggle on lol!  they need to be in the post on Wednesday, so no time to lose then lol!    Tonight's card was made using their 'summer breeze' stencil.   I have to apologise in advance for the poor quality of the photos, the light was not good and the sun was shining too, which created shadows.

Fold the ready creased cream card down the centre, creating a 7"x7" base card.   Take some magenta card and cut leaving narrow borders of cream card showing on 3 sides and a larger border on the left of the card.

Cut out 9 triangles from some spare magenta card and glue these down the wider cream border on the left of the card.

Using a piece of cream card, smaller than the magenta matt, colour it with the Tumbled Glass distress ink.

Lay the 'summer breeze' stencil onto it and spread the blue sapphire and claret Sparkle Mediums over the stencil.   Leave to dry.   When dry, cut  the card into elongated triangles and glue onto the magenta card, leaving gaps of magenta showing, between the triangles.

Wrap some cream satin ribbon down the left-hand side of this card and glue to the  base card..    Make 4 roses from some spare magenta card, adding some claret Sparkle Medium to the edges of the petals.   Glue these to the base card.

Glue a cream bow to the top of the ribbon and make a smaller rose and glue it to the centre of the cream bow.   Well that's it finished my friends.   Thanks for visiting my blog,  and I'll be back soon with another creation very soon.    Have a good week.

                                                                     Love and rainbows,

                                                                     Big hugs   Jennifer xx.
